Survivors: son, William Michael Talley; daughter Leslie Partain; brother Fenton Talley;Seven grandchildren survive and four great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Mr. William (Bill) Talley will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, July 15, 2010 from the Jones-Stewart Chapel in Lyons, GA.Interment: Ohoopee Cemetery.
