MT. VERNON - Mr. Harold Watson, 62, died Saturday, April 17, 2010. Survivors: mother, Lucille Watson; brother, Marvin (Betty) Watson; nephew, Stacy Watson, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Mt. Vernon,
Mr. Harold Watson, age 62 of Mt. Vernon, died Saturday, April 17, 2010 in the Trinity Hospital in Augusta after an extended illness. He was a native of Montgomery County, and had resided in the Gracewood School and Hospital in Richmond Hill for the past forty-eight years. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Watson and a brother, T.A. Watson.

Mr. Watson is survived by his mother, Lucille "Lucy" Watson, one brother, Marvin (Betty) Watson, and a nephew, Stacy Watson all of Mt. Vernon, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 20th at 11:00 am in the First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon with Reverend Karl Hay officiating. Interment will follow in the Braddy Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
